The Juliet Connection started with a simple idea: women deserve a space to focus on themselves without guilt, to grow, and to live fully. Life is busy, responsibilities are endless, and often, women put themselves last. We wanted to create a place where that didn’t happen, a community for women who are ready for more.


Here, we don’t just meet; we connect. We don’t just talk; we take action. We don’t just dream; we do. From workshops and adventures to meaningful conversations and lasting friendships, every part of The Juliet Connection is designed to help women uncover who they really are, put themselves first, and create the life they want, because becoming her starts here.

Meet Our Founder

MELISSA ELLINGSON

Melissa Ellingson knows firsthand how easy it is for women to put themselves last. Between work, family, and life’s endless responsibilities, it’s easy to lose sight of your own dreams, needs, and what truly matters to you.


Now as the founder of Melissa Ellingson LLC and creator of the Mind. Space. Lifestyle. approach, Melissa has built her work around helping women reconnect with themselves and create a life that actually feels good not just looks good on the outside.


She created The Juliet Connection as a place where women can slow down, focus on themselves, and take intentional steps toward what’s next. A space where personal growth, real connection, and new experiences come together in a way that feels natural, supportive, and empowering.


Melissa’s journey has been one of growth, reinvention, and surrounding herself with incredible women along the way. She believes personal growth isn’t just about hitting goals, it’s about understanding who you are, honoring what you need, and having the courage to go after it.


Her approach is grounded, heartfelt, and full of energy. She leads by example encouraging women to take action, celebrate their progress, and trust themselves again.


Her mission is simple: to help women create what’s next for themselves because when a woman chooses herself, everything changes.
