Members shall honor the privacy and confidentiality of shared information within the community. Discussions, experiences,k and personal stories shared in confidence must not be disclosed without explicit consent.

4. Accountability & Responsibility

Each member is responsible for their actions and commitments. Ethical accountability includes honoring aggreements, following through on responsibilities, and taking ownership of mistakes.

5. Support & Collaboration 

The Juliet Connection thrives on mutual support and collective growth. Members are encouraged to uplift one another, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative environment for success.

6. Professionalism & Ethical Business Practices

Members engaged in business activities within the community must uphold ethical business practices, provide honest representation, and operate with fairness. Misrepresentation, conflicts of interest, or unethical conduct are not acceptable.

7. Positive Communication & Conflict Resolution

All interactions should be conducted with constructive communication. If conflicts arise, members are encouraged to address them with maturity, seeking resolution through respectful dialogue and mediation if necessary.

8. Commitment to Personal & Collective Growth

Members should actively engage in personal development, contribute positively to the ocmmunity, and support The Juliet Connection's mission and vision.

9. Ethical Use of Community Resources

Members shall use community resources, including networking opportunities, educational materials, and events, with integrity. Misuse or exploitation of these resources for personal gain at the expense of others is strictly prohibited.

10. Compliance & Enforcement

By joining The Juliet Connection, members agree to adhere to this Code of Ethics. Violation may result in corrective action, up to and including membership suspension or termination.
